Varalika Vashishtha

Varalika is in her third year of studying Commerce and Law at Monash University. She has always been a language enthusiast; always willing to find out more about different languages, roots, cultures and countries. For her, economics is similar to a new language – one that she learns and communicates whole-heartedly. As Marketing Director at ESSA she is able to combine her creative mindset with a growing fascination with economics.

In her spare time, if she isn’t listening to her favourite tunes or creating music, you’ll find her looking like a burrito, taking a nap somewhere in a very far corner hoping people won’t notice her presence. A quote she finds ever-so empowering was said by Confucius – ‘Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.’
