Chloe Lim

Chloe is a third year Commerce student, majoring in Economics and Finance. Aside her burning passion to become the female Matt Preston, Chloe is extremely passionate about economics and joined ESSA to share this love with other students by means of economics memes and acrostic poetry.

Her interest in economics stems from her fascination with what exactly makes someone pay a premium for great coffee. It is this, and the realisation that similar instances affect many people, under many circumstances, which pulled her toward the study of demand and supply graphs.

When not deriving equations and co-ordinating a food roster, she can often be found furiously refreshing Instagram, looking for top-rated-yet-moderately-priced eateries in Melbourne, watching reruns of Masterchef and dreaming about Troy Bolton.
